Mass-market DP (durable press) non-iron shirts have been a staple in the apparel industry for decades, and many iconic brands incorporate them into their basic collections. However, combining DP technology with Made-to-Measure (MTM) or Made-to-Order (MTO) shirts presents challenges due to the complex manufacturing processes, efficiency hurdles, and higher costs involved.

How Do We Achieve This?

1. Pre-selected Special Fabrics

Only certain types of fabric can be used for DP4.0 non-iron shirts. To ensure quick production and availability, we pre-order and stock a range of specially selected fabrics, allowing for rapid response times.

2. AI-Powered Measurements

The majority of measurements are taken using advanced AI tools, enabling the data to be transmitted directly to the factory. This allows production to begin almost immediately, improving both speed and accuracy.

3. Automated, Efficient Production

Our fully automated and specially designed production process enables us to efficiently produce a high volume of shirts while maintaining quality and precision.
